1. Engagement Agreement
By accessing this website or engaging Webyfied Global and our associated corporate entity, Acmez Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to these Terms of Service and any project-specific Statement of Work (SOW) executed between the parties.
2. Intellectual Property and Full Code Ownership
Upon final settlement of project milestones as outlined in the Statement of Work, all custom source code, design assets, database architectures, and production configurations transfer entirely to the client. We do not hold client code hostage behind proprietary licensing models.
3. Milestone Deliverables and Quality Assurance
Every development engagement operates on explicit technical specifications, milestone review checkpoints, and automated test passes. Clients are invited to inspect staging builds and review code quality before production deployment.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All contractual agreements and inquiries are governed by the laws of India, with commercial jurisdiction located in the courts of Haridwar / Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
